This is so worth the money!! My dog refused to sit anywhere but on my lap when we traveled...even when I was driving and it was really dangerous and inconvenient. I really didnt think he would like this but the second I put him in it he loved it!! And he never tries to jump out and get on my lap. He just sits in it like my little co-pilot!

I have 2 chihuahuas, very well behaved dogs that dont mind long rides. they are 4 lbs each. I commute 8 hours per week with them and they were a handfull in the vehicle, they wouldsit on my wifes lap and squerm, always be mobving around to look, or crawl on her, ,or just trying to get comfortable. I also would always worry that if i stopped suddenly that they would slide off her lap and bump into something. I saw this product and chose it because we drive a cadillac escalade and this was made for escalades. it easily and securely straps into the escalades existing hardware and fits the 2 chihuahuas great, they have room to move, but they really enjoy sitting in it. they love car rides now, they hop right into their captians seat and enjoy the ride. theyre not squerming and they sleep alot of the time in it. its very comfortable, it doesnt get in the way, theyre straped in and safe. great product, its made my life alot easier and i highly recomend this product.

MY dog was always car sick/ just short trips/she now is fine, jumps right in to go.... goes to sleep. great seat. I have so many complements on it. she loves it, right beside me,looks out at everything. thinks she is queen now. I love it.

Wow! Rescued a terrior/poodle mix, who has separation anxiety. In your lap, in your face all the time. Could not stop at a fast food restaurant. Could not take a long trip without being extremely tired upon arrival. This car seat has given me peace of mind, pet protection and a different traveling companion (use with a harness). My little dog now automatically jumps into her seat, can see out and is also near me no matter which side of the vehicle I ride. I felt it was a little expensive, but now I know it's true worth. I highly recommend this product.
