We live in a rural area, bordered mostly by tidal area, when the tide is out there are three islands that are accessible, The radio fence keeps the dog in a sizable yard, which makes a safe environment. We have had several cats marooned on islands when the tide comes in. Bay of Fundy, highest tides in the world. So for our Siberian Husky it is a great product, no need to tie her up. Thankfully.
