This does not have enough zapping power. It is good if your dog listens to the beep warning, but if they need correction, not so good. Big dogs have more of a problem with the collar getting the signal if they are tall. I could turn it up a notch but then the barrier will be in parts of the yard I want to allow my dog. So sometimes if his head is not low to the ground, the collar wont signal.Would be great for a short dog with a short coat.

This product really works, I bought it because my dog repeatedly rips up my flowerbeds.Works really well for part of my beds but since my bed goes the whole length of my house (55ft). I am planning on purchasing the wire to go with this product to keep the dog away from my whole flowerbed.He does stay away from it for 16 feet in diameter.

I used two rocks to keep my dogs out of my horse corrals. I was disappointed with the range. It says 16 ft, but that is truely the diameter, not the radius. The dogs learned quickly to avoid the area around the rocks.

First time using this product. Should use it with the wire to create continuous fenced area. Not really good for very small yards as coverage is 16' dia.
Use it in a yard that is 50' x 25'. Have to move it to different spots to teach dog to keep away from plant areas.
